Today is about compassion!
When you think of being compassionate to another, you shift your mind.
When you choose to show compassion to another, you change your heart.
This message has been talked about by many, and here are a few examples from spiritual to scientific.
Buddha said if your compassion does not include yourself, it is incomplete and Radiate boundless love to the world.
Proverbs 3:1 Do not forget my teachings but keep them in your heart, for they will prolong your life with many years of peace.

You will see that same shape and flow is started inside you when you think of being compassionate and completes when you show compassion in your heart!
Everything you need is inside you like a seed.
You are coded and loaded with every possibility, and it starts with a simple thought of compassion.
So let's start with choosing someone you don't understand, pick someone you judged without truly knowing them, and try to understand them.
Once you understand them, consciously lower your vibration to connect with them in your mind; after that connection is made and you feel your energy rising to your heart, if you genuinely feel compassion in your heart, you will radiate a spark that will self sustain your energy; like a tornado inside a tornado!
Here is where it all comes together. The same recursive flow in a hurricane, tornado, and the golden ratio is the same flow as your DNA. When that spark goes off, it ignites your DNA, and when your DNA is ignited, that is where change can begin.
Charging it is a fantastic way to build up the heart muscle. Green colors, green foods, and nature are great ways to charge your heart chakra!
